Quotation&DFM
(1-3 days)
During the quotation period, your account manager will provide one-on-one support, carefully analyze your development requirements, efficiently collect part drawings and other materials, and provide you with an accurate and reasonable mold quotation.

Mould Design
(7 days)
Starting from the moment the deposit is received, we will promptly commence the mold design process. We will deliver the complete design plan within 7 days and customize it specifically according to the parameters of your injection molding machine.

Mould Making
(45-70 days)
Starting from the date when the deposit is received, we will fully commence the mold manufacturing process, including processing, assembly, and the first trial mold. The overall cycle will be approximately two months.
04
Samples Approval
(7 days)
After completing the rectification and optimization of the initial sample issues, we will organize subsequent injection molding verification to ensure that the quality meets the standards. Only after that will we submit the final qualified sample for approval.
05
Mould Shipping
(25-35 days)
We offer two logistics delivery methods: One is that our cooperating freight forwarder will deliver the goods from the factory to the port, achieving on-shore delivery; the other is that your freight forwarder will directly pick up the molds at the factory, completing off-shore delivery.
